I was pleasantly surprised by the comfortable wrap-around balcony in the Presidential suite. It provided a stunning view of the surrounding area and perfect seating for relaxing. The hotel’s accessibility for seniors made it easy to navigate throughout my stay.
More assistance with luggage during check-in would help.

We enjoyed a lovely visit, relaxing by the huge pool after exploring the area with our kids. It was spacious enough for our family, and we appreciated the variety of toiletries provided in the room. Plus, the restaurant service was quick, letting us maximize our time together.
In my wife’s opinion, the front desk staff could improve their hospitality skills. A more child-friendly check-in process would have made our arrival smoother.

The breakfast here was a real treat, packed with local delights, and the large king bed made my stay super comfy. I loved that there was a nice outdoor pool to relax by and a spa for some extra pampering. One minor hassle was that the room could've used a little updating, but overall, I had a great experience! 😊

Family not so friendly
The staff in the restaurant were nice and friendly they genuinely tried their best to help us. The pool area was decent enough to hang out with the kids and let them play.
It wasn't cheap but still alright for what we got.

Just a top selection for a brief hiatus in Georgetown with incredible value for money. The sliding glass door was broken, but maintenance fixed it quickly. Be ready for some quirks during your stay.

I enjoyed the spacious balcony with a nice view, perfect for morning coffee. The pool area looked clean and was a great spot for kids to play. The restaurant staff were friendly and attentive, making our dining experience pleasant. However, the room cleanliness was concerning. The shower and sink area needed more attention. I found hair and soap scum. Hot water didn’t work during my stay despite multiple requests for maintenance. The noise level at night was frustrating. locals running in the hallways kept us awake. The breakfast lacked variety and quality, which was disappointing given the prices. Overall, the location is great being close to a mall, but the cleanliness and staff responsiveness need significant improvement.

Breakfast Delight and Room Frights
The breakfast was a feast of flavors, with local fruits that made mornings bright. Staff were welcoming and made me feel at home.
Unfortunately, my room felt neglected. it wasn’t cleaned properly, and the shower had issues. It was a frustrating experience overall.

missingWrote a review on Mar 12comfortable bedconvenient locationefficient air conditioningcleanliness issues
Comfortable bed and decent air conditioning keep the rooms cozy. The location near local attractions is convenient, making it easy to explore the area while having access to amenities.
The room experience had its quirks, with a noticeable mold smell and dirty toilets being real downers. Showers were awkward with stained mats and weak water pressure, while cleanliness issues like filthy sheets and neglected sinks suggested a lack of thorough housekeeping. The noise level from other guests can be distracting, especially during late hours, which might not suit those seeking a peaceful environment. Also, the limited towel supply and recurring need to ask for replacements seemed inconvenient during my stay.

The hotel had a unique charm, but it
felt dated in certain areas. The room was spacious and the staff was helpful, but the outdated furniture and musty smell were off-putting. Breakfast was decent, but not impressive compared to other places I've stayed.
